Yes. Return requests must be made by email within 3 days of delivery. The artwork, original packaging, and proof of purchase must be kept intact and available for inspection.

If your painting arrives damaged, please email us clear photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned painting has been received and inspected.

To request a return, email AMSHA FINE ART with your order number and reason for the return within the eligible return period. Our team will provide the next steps.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Please retain the artwork and its original packaging until your return request has been resolved.
